TATTOO INSTRUCTIONS:

Dry Skin completely before applying. Peel off the glossy adhesive film. Place tattoo, face down, on skin (free of oil, hair, debris, etc.) and rub well. Wet a tissue or cotton ball and dab on the tattoo for 20-30 seconds. When loose, gently peel paper away from skin. Allow to air-dry for a few seconds. To remove, gently rub with baby oil if needed.
