For best results, please send a high quality image taken in good lighting with little to no distractions such as hands in face, group photos, hats, busy backgrounds, subject standing far away from camera, blurry, pixilated, etc.

Please email us before purchasing a custom order to make sure we can accommodate your request. Custom orders are an additional fee. We will send you a sample for approval before we send it to production. You will have 24 hours to confirm. If we receive no response, we will send it as-is. We suggest keeping your email notifications on so you get notified when we message you.
